The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They offered great suggestions for nearby amenities and eating places to visit. The location was perfect as it was central to everything we needed. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi which was a great advantage as we were able to stay connected with family and friends back home.
The room was not up to par. There was evidence that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest had stayed in the room.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel not only offers easy access to various amenities and eating places, but also the convenience of being centrally located. the rooms are well-furnished with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, making for a relaxing stay. the staff provides excellent service with helpful and friendly manners.
The hotel could benefit from improving their room check-in process to avoid confusion with previous guests' keys.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the prime location of the hotel. It was situated near a variety of eating places and amenities, which made it convenient for me to plan my day. the staff were quite friendly and helpful, which brought a smile to my face.
the room seemed like it had not been cleaned properly.
